Role of the Travel Out There PartnerThe TOT Partner programme is challenging and exciting and gives the partner an opportunity to develop their skills in a number of areas. It is a combined sales, operations and marketing programme and while the specific role varies according to the market placement, the graduate will be expected to:
Be a TOT Brand Ambassador and Partner in their chosen destination.
Plan, co-ordinate and conduct the Travel Out There Experience for leisure & corporate clients
Encourage local services and providers to collaborate with TOT through trial, consumer research and building awareness of the TOT brand in the market
Increase TOT share of mind amongst visitors / partners / related services to the destination, ensuring that TOT is the number Experience provider and top of mind at all times
Relationship building with key trade partners / agencies

The TOT Partner PackageA 12 month contract with Travel Out There

Training and SupportWe pride ourselves on the training we provide for our Partners. You will spend the first 2 weeks of your contract based at our head office in Riga, learning all the tools of the trade to become an expert TOT partner, including:
Travel Out There Brand Education
TOT Brand Strategy & Activation
PR, Media Training & Events Management
Presentation, Sales & Communication skills
Digital & Social Media training
In depth market briefings with TOT Managers
All partners will be given projects on a number of modules throughout the training which must be completed successfully before going out to market.
Once in market, the local brand team will supplement this training with any specific training needed for the market.

Support NetworkIn market you will be reporting to the Travel Out There Regional Manger who will be your day to day contact and will support and aid your development throughout the year.
The TOT Partner Programme team will also support the training, deliverables and any resources that you need out in market.
Appraisal ProcessEach partner will agree their objectives with their Regional Manger at the beginning of the year. These will be measured throughout the year and you will have a number of appraisals with your managers. Partners will also have a number of deliverables which they must submit on a monthly basis.
Career ProgressionPartners who excel in their first year in market will be offered a second year on the programme, potentially in a different market.
